地铁牵引用双 U 形内置式永磁电机设计与分析

摘要: 双 U 形内置式永磁电机在运行过程中显示出高永磁转矩和磁阻转矩特点,具有常规永磁电机和永磁辅助同步磁阻电机的双重优势,其性能很好的适应地铁牵引需求。 基于永磁电机的基础理论,给出永磁牵引电机设计在高速反电动势、牵引转矩特性、制动转矩特性和等效额定功率等方面的需求,分析电机绕组配置、极槽配合、转矩特性、冷却和材料选择情况。 针对设计的双 U 形内置式永磁电机,分析 6 种运行工况的磁场分布、相电压、电压谐波畸变率、电磁转矩、转矩脉动和功率因数等性能。 结果表明,设计的地铁牵引用双 U 形内置式永磁电机较好的满足高速反电动势、等效额定功率、牵引转矩特性和制动转矩特性要求。 转矩脉动、相电压、电压谐波畸变率和功率因数都具有较好性能。

Abstract: The double U-shaped interior permanent magnet motor can exhibit good characteristic with high permanent magnet torque and reluctance torque during operation. It has the advantages of conventional permanent magnet motors and permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance motors. It can well adapt to the needs of subways traction application. This article introduces the basic theory of permanent magnet motors. The requirements for the design of permanent magnet traction motors in terms of high-speed back electromotive force, traction torque characteristic, braking torque characteristics and equivalent rated power are presented. The winding configuration, pole slot matching, torque characteristics, cooling and material selection of motor are analyzed. Magnetic field distribution, phase voltage, total harmonic distortion rate of voltage, electromagnetic torque, torque ripple and power factor of double U-shaped interior permanent magnet motor under six operating conditions are analyzed. The results show that double U-shaped interior permanent magnet motor for subway traction application studied in this article can well meet the requirements of high-speed back electromotive force, equivalent rated power, traction torque characteristic, and braking torque characteristics. Torque ripple, phase voltage, voltage harmonic distortion rate and power factor have good performance.
