摘要: 双凸极电机结构牢固,用于航空起动发电机,能显著减少系统的维护工作。 针对航空发动机起动转矩大的特点,提出了一种基于 DSP 和 CPLD 架构的双凸极电机驱动控制系统,根据 DSP 和 CPLD 各自的结构特点,以及驱动控制的功能需求,采用模块化设计方法,对 DSP 和 CPLD 各自所需承担的功能进行划分研究。 其中,DSP 主要完成电机的闭环控制算法和起动电流控制,CPLD 负责生成电机开关信号与转速测量和生成 12 相驱动信号。 仿真和实验结果表明,该驱动控制系统能够可靠高效地完成电机的控制,实现双凸极电机的抑制转矩脉动和电流控制,确保航空发动机的平稳起动。

Abstract: The doubly salient motor has a sturdy structure and is used for aviation starting generators , significantly reducing system maintenance work. In response to the high starting torque of aviation engines , a doubly salient motor drive control system based on DSP and CPLD architecture is proposed. Based on the structural characteristics of DSP and CPLD and the functional requirements of drive control , a modular design method is
adopted to divide and study the functions that DSP and CPLD each need to undertake. Among them, DSP mainly completes the closed-loop control algorithm and starting current control of the motor, while CPLD mainly completes the generation of motor switch signal signals and speed measurement , as well as the generation of 12 phase drive signals. The simulation and experimental results show that the drive control system can reliably and efficiently complete the control of the motor, achieve torque ripple suppression and current control of the doubly salient motor,
and achieve smooth starting of the aircraft engine.
