轴向磁通永磁同步电机振动噪声抑制方法研究

摘要: 针对轴向磁通永磁同步电机( axial flux permanent magnet synchronous motor,AFPMSM) 振动噪声大的问题,提出采用永磁体削角和定子齿开辅助槽的方法抑制电机振动噪声。 通过电磁场有限元仿真,计算额定功率为 7 kW 的AFPMSM,在转速 1 000 r / min 时轴向电磁力的时间频率谐波和空间阶次谐波。 运用有限元仿真方法对电机的振动噪声特性进行了数值仿真,并将仿真结果与实验测试数据进行对比分析,结果显示两者之间的误差为 6. 55%,满足工程实际应用的精度要求。 仿真结果表明,改进后电机的 A 计权声压级显著降低,降幅分别为 9. 78%和 4. 67%。

Abstract: For axial flux permanent magnet synchronous motors ( AFPMSM) ,a method of suppressing motor vibration and noise by magnet chamfering and opening auxiliary slots on stator teeth was proposed. Through electromagnetic field finite element simulation,the time-frequency harmonics and spatial order harmonics of the axial electromagnetic force of an axial flux permanent magnet synchronous motor with a rated power of 7 kW at a rotational speed of 1 000 r / min were calculated. The vibration and noise characteristics of the motor were studied using finite element simulation. The simulation results were compared with experimental data, showing an error of 6. 55%. This error is within the acceptable range for engineering applications. After these improvements,the A-weighted sound pressure level of the motor decreased by 9. 78% and 4. 67%,
respectively.
