摘要: 针对工业机器人表贴式永磁同步电机稀土永磁材料用量大的问题,提出了一种少稀土混合磁钢永磁同步
电机。 通过建模仿真和优化设计,对电机性能进行了分析和对比,并制造样机和搭建实验平台,验证了该电机拓扑结构
的优越性。 该拓扑结构和设计方法为类似场合的应用提供一定的借鉴和参照价值。

Abstract: A less rare earth hybrid permanent magnet synchronous motor is proposed to address the issue of large usage of
the rare earth permanent magnet materials in surface permanent magnet synchronous motor for industrial robots. Through
modeling,simulation and optimization design, the performance of the motor was analyzed and compared. A prototype was
manufactured and a test platform was built to verify the superiority of the motor topology structure. This topology structure and
design method can provide certain reference and reference value for applications in similar situations.
