高速超导磁浮列车悬浮系统电磁力解析模型与结构优化研究

摘要: 高速超导悬浮列车采用电动悬浮方式,悬浮高度高,无需悬浮控制,在高速与超高速领域具有优势。 基
于日本山梨线磁浮列车结构,采用动态电路理论建立了转向架单侧超导线圈的三维电磁力参数化解析模型,计算结
果与山梨线测试值的对比误差小于 10%。 基于该解析模型分析了悬浮线圈长度和高度对三维电磁力平均值与波动
值的影响规律,结果表明,随着悬浮线圈长度增加,感应电流和电磁力平均值及波动性都增大;随着高度增加,悬浮
力和导向力都先增大后减小。 针对运行时速提升的需求,对悬浮线圈进行了结构优化。

Abstract: High-speed superconducting suspension train adopts electrodynamic suspension method, which has
advantages in areas of high-speed and ultra-high-speed due to large suspension height and without suspension control. The
parametric analytical calculation model of three-dimensional electromagnetic force in superconducting coils located in one
side of the bogie is established by adopting dynamic circuit theory based on the structure parameter of Yamanashi test train
in Japan. The simulated results were compared with the experimental values of Yamanashi test line, the error was validated
less than 10%. By this analytical model, the influence of length and height of the suspension coil on the average value and
ripple of three-dimensional electromagnetic force was analyzed. It was found the induced current, average value and the
ripple of the electromagnetic force are increased along with the increase of suspension coil length and the suspension force
and the guidance force first increase and then decrease along with the increase of the suspension coil height. The structural
of the suspension coil were optimized under the requirement of increased operating speed.
