摘要: 针对某智能产线的试验区提出一种工艺布局设计,根据节拍生产需求,采用 8 个试验台并行及 AGV 运输方案。 进行 FlexSim 仿真模拟,分析求证工艺布局的合理性,并确定 AGV 数量、缓存区库存以及最优的生产模式。实际应用结果证明,该布局设计能够满足产线的实际生产制造需求。

Abstract: A process layout design was proposed for the experimental area of a certain intelligent production line.According to the production demand of the beat, 8 test stands in parallel and AGV transportation scheme were selected.FlexSim simulation was conducted to verify the rationality of the process layout, and to determine the reasonable number of AGVs, inventory in the buffer zone and the optimal production mode. Practical application has proved that this layout design can meet the actual production and manufacturing requirements of the production line.
