摘要: 直线开关磁阻电机的双凸极结构和脉冲供电方式使其推力脉动较大。 针对这一问题,提出对直线开关磁阻电机采用直接瞬时推力控制策略,来抑制推力脉动并提高系统驱动的动态响应。 通过精确建立开关磁阻电机的非线性模型,以及使用有限元仿真软件分别计算出电机的推力、电感和电流的静态特性,搭建直线开关磁阻推力控制器。 仿真结果表明,DITC 策略有效地抑制了 LSRM 运行时的推力,改善了安全门的运动性能。

Abstract: The double salient structure and pulse power supply method of linear switch reluctance motors result in significant thrust ripple. To address this issue, a direct instantaneous thrust control strategy was proposed for the linear switch reluctance motor to suppress thrust ripple and improve the dynamic response of the system drive. By precisely establishing the nonlinear model of the switch reluctance motor and utilizing finite element simulation software to compute the static characteristics of the motor’ s thrust, inductance and current, a thrust controller for the linear switch reluctance motor was developed. The simulation results show that DITC stratagy effectively suppresses the thrust fluctuations during LSRM operation and improves the motion performance of the safety door.
