Optimization Design of Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor for Industry Machinery

摘要: 为获得稳定的输出转矩,设计了一台工业机械行业用的内嵌式永磁同步电机,使用田口法将槽深、磁钢厚度、叠厚、极弧角度和气隙长度作为优化因素,对电机输出电磁转矩、径向电磁力和转矩脉动这三个优化目标进行正交实验。 采用有限元方法对比优化前后电机性能,结果表明,在保证输出转矩不变的前提下,径向电磁力和转矩脉动分别降低了 34. 1%和 11. 4%。

Abstract: To achieve a more stable output torque, an interior permanent magnet synchronous motor for the industrial machinery industry was designed. The Taguchi method was used to optimize the three optimization objectives of the motor output electromagnetic torque, radial electromagnetic force, and torque ripple using slot depth, magnet thickness, stack thickness, pole arc angle, and air gap length as optimization factors. Orthogonal experiments were conducted on the motor output electromagnetic torque, radial electromagnetic force and torque ripple. The finite element method was used to compare the motor before and after optimization. The results show that,while ensuring that the output torque remained unchanged, the radial electromagnetic force and torque ripple were reduced by 34. 1 % and 11. 4 % , respectively.
