面向宽域效率提升的感应电机永磁再制造方法研究

Research on Permanent Magnet Remanufacturing Method of Induction Motor for Wide Speed Rang Efficiency Improvement

摘要: 针对现有感应电机在宽速域范围内效率低的问题,提出一种提升宽域效率的永磁再制造方法。 以功率2. 2 kW 的 Y 系列感应电机为研究对象,在利用感应电机定子的基础上,采用永磁再制造技术,为感应电机设计永磁转子。 以基于负载特征的永磁再制造电机的综合效率为优化目标,通过建立宽域效率计算模型和响应面代理模型,构建优化目标与设计参数之间的响应关系,并利用遗传算法找到最优解。 结果表明, 优化后的永磁再制造电机宽域效率显著提升,形成了一套面向宽域效率提升的感应电机永磁再制造方法研究体系。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of existing induction motors in the wide speed range, a new method of permanent magnet remanufacturing to improve the wide speed range was proposed. The power 2. 2 kW Y series induction motor was taken as the research object. Based on the induction motor stator, permanent magnet remanufacturing technology was used to design permanent magnet rotor for induction motor. Taking the comprehensive efficiency of the permanent magnet remanufacturing motor based on load characteristics as the optimization objective, the response relationship between the optimization objective and design parameters was constructed by establishing a wide speed range efficiency calculation model and a response surface proxy model and the optimal solution was found by using genetic algorithm. The results show that the wide speed range efficiency of the optimized permanent magnet remanufacturing motor was significantly improved and a set of research system of induction motor permanent magnet remanufacturing method for
wide speed range efficiency improvement is formed.
