摘要: 通过有限元分析了风力发电机轴系结构在不同开孔方式下的应力集中系数,结合理论推导,研究了应力集中系数与孔径、孔的数量、孔的位置、载荷形式之间的关系。 研究结果可用于定性评估轴系结构开孔对其可靠性的影响。

Abstract: The stress concentration factor of wind generator shaft structure with different hole opening methods was analyzed through finite element analysis, and combined with theoretical derivation, the relationship between stress concentration factor and hole diameter, number of holes, hole position, load form was studied. The results can be used to qualitatively evaluate the impact of shaft structure openings on its reliability.
