摘要: 环形无槽有限转角力矩电机具备结构简单、体积小、可靠性高、环境适应性强等特点。 分析了电机工作原理、结构、磁钢选材,建立电机模型;基于 ANSYS 软件进行电磁仿真设计,分析电机特性。 制作了样机并进行测试,结果表明,电机性能指标均能满足工程应用需求。 该设计方法可为工程应用领域环形无槽有限转角力矩电机设计提供一定的参考。

Abstract: Circular slotless limited angule torque motor has the characteristics of simple structure, small size, high reliability and strong environmental adaptability. The working principle, structure, and material assignment of the motor were analyzed, and a motor model was established. Electromagnetic simulation design was carried out based on ANSYS software, and the motor characteristics were analyzed. A prototype was made and tested, the results show that the performance indicators of the motor can meet the requirements of engineering applications. This design method provides a certain reference for the design of circular slotless finite angule torque motors in the field of engineering applications.
