摘要: 给出了无刷直流空心杯电机的设计方法,包括电机的主要尺寸确定、电枢绕组设计、铁心和磁钢的选择,运用 ANSYS 建立三维模型,对电机的电磁性能和温升进行分析。 制作样机,将实测值与仿真值进行对比,结果表明,该电机设计方法的准确度为 90%以上。 分析了电机的转矩和转速的关系,电机能够在一定转矩范围内高效率运行,证明了该设计方法的有效性,为无刷直流空心杯电机的设计提供了参考。

Abstract: The design method of brushless DC hollow cup motor was presented, including the main size determination, armature winding design, selection of iron core and magnetic steel. ANSYS was used to establish a three-dimensional model, the electromagnetic performance and temperature rise of the motor was analyzed. A prototype was made and the measured values were compared with the simulated values. The results showed that the accuracy of the motor design method
was over 90%. The relationship between the torque and speed of the motor was analyzed, and the motor can operate efficiently within a certain torque range, demonstrating the effectiveness of this design method and providing reference for the design of brushless DC hollow cup motors.
