摘要: 外转子近极槽永磁电机能在有限尺寸下输出更高的转矩,但较近的极槽间隙会在磁路中产生齿顶漏磁,导致电机转矩性能降低。 研究了外转子近极槽电机转矩性能优化方法。 从转子形状入手,分析磁钢极弧系数、充磁方向、正弦削极对漏磁和齿槽转矩的影响,推导出气隙磁密和反电势关于磁钢削弧长度与固定边缘厚度关系式。 分析了极间填充形状对电机漏磁和转矩影响,计算不同填充厚度下的漏磁系数,通过改变缺口圆半径、永磁体分段以减少磁钢涡流损耗。 优化后的电机齿槽转矩降低了 1. 1 N · m,气隙磁密 THD 减小了 11. 1%,输出相同转矩时永磁体涡流损耗减少了 10. 9 W,该成果为航空工程动力领域提供了借鉴与参考。

Abstract: The outer rotor near pole slot permanent magnet motor can output higher torque under limited size, but the closer gap of the pole slot will cause tooth tip leakage of the magnetic circuit, resulting in a decrease in motor torque performance. The torque performance optimization method of the near pole slot motor with outer rotor was studied. From the rotor shape, the influences of arc coefficient, direction of magnetization and sinusoidal cutting on magnetic leakage and slot torque were analyzed, the relationship between arc cutting length and fixed edge thickness was derived. The influence of electrode filling shape on magnetic flux leakage and torque of the motor was analyzed, the magnetic flux leakage coefficient under different filling thickness was calculated, and the eddy current loss of magnetic steel was reduced by changing the notch circle radius and permanent magnet segment. After optimization, the motor tooth groove torque was reduced by 1. 1 N · m, the air gap magnetic density THD was reduced by 11. 1 % , the eddy current loss of permanent magnet was reduced by 10. 9 W when the output torque was the same, which provides a reference for the field of aeronautical engineering power.
