摘要: 容错式磁通切换永磁电机因容错性能强、转子结构简单、功率密度大等优势,在高可靠性领域被广泛应用。 根据项目设计要求,提出了该电机的一般设计流程,详细推导了电机参数设计公式,通过有限元仿真对电机各参数进行优化。 在最优尺寸下加工样机、搭建实验平台,验证了电磁设计的正确性。

Abstract: Fault-tolerant flux-switching permanent-magnet machine has advantages such as high fault-tolerance, simple rotor structure and high power density, and is widely used in the field of high reliability. The general design process of the machine was proposed according to the project design requirements, the parameter design formula was derived in detail, and the parameters were optimized through finite element analysis. A prototype was manufactured under the optimal parameters and an experimental platform was built to verify the correctness of the electromagnetic design.
