摘要: 为了增强永磁同步电机在不同环境下的控制性能和鲁棒性,解决传统滑模控制的抖振问题,本文提出了一种创新的基于扰动自适应观测器的控制策略。 该策略采用新型趋近律的滑模速度控制器替代传统 PI 控制器,提升系统动态响应。 引入超螺旋滑模算法与扰动观测矩阵,构建扰动自适应观测器,并结合新型扰动反馈机制,实现转子位置角度信息的精确追踪与电机参数的实时更新。 仿真结果显示,该策略能显著提升电机运行的稳定性,减小突变负载时的转速波动,加快转速误差收敛速度,提高整个变速运行阶段的转速和转子位置辨识精度,展现出优异的动态、稳态性能与控制精度。

Abstract: To enhance the control performance and robustness of permanent magnet synchronous motors under different environments,and to solve the chattering problem of traditional sliding mode control, this paper proposed an innovative control strategy based on disturbance adaptive observer. The strategy replaced the traditional PI controller with a sliding mode speed controller based on a new type of approach law to improve the system' s dynamic response. The super-spiral sliding mode algorithm and the disturbance observation matrix were introduced to construct the
disturbance adaptive observer. Combined with a new disturbance feedback mechanism, the precise tracking of rotor position angle information and real-time updating of motor parameters were achieved. The simulation results showed that the strategy can significantly improve the stability of motor operation, reduced the speed fluctuation under sudden load changes,accelerated the convergence speed of speed error,improved the identification accuracy of speed and rotor position during the entire variable speed operation stage, and demonstrated excellent dynamic and steady-state performance and control accuracy.
