Optimization Design of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor for Fully Electric Injection Molding Industry

摘要: 本文设计了一台全电动注塑行业用内嵌式永磁同步电机,使用解析法分析了电机电磁噪声源;选取磁钢厚、磁钢 V 字角度、定子槽深、气隙长度和极弧角度为自变量,电磁转矩、转矩脉动和径向电磁力为因变量,采用田口法,建立正交实验对因变量进行优化。 使用有限元仿真软件,计算优化前后输出性能和电机主要频率点的噪声声压级,对实际工业生产提供参考。

Abstract: This paper designs an embedded permanent magnet synchronous motor for the fully electric injection molding industry,and analyzes the electromagnetic noise sources of the motor using analytical methods; selecting magnetic steel thickness,magnetic steel V-shaped angle,stator slot depth,air gap length,and pole arc angle as independent variables,and electromagnetic torque,torque ripple,and radial electromagnetic force as dependent variables,an orthogonal experiment was established using Taguchi method to optimize the dependent variables. Finite element simulation software is used to calculate the output performance before and after optimization, as well as the noise pressure level at the main frequency points of the motor,providing reference for actual industrial production.
