摘要: 为了解决无铁心永磁直线电机推力密度与推力波动难以协同优化的问题, 提出了一种新型 3 段式Halbach 阵列磁极结构。 基于有限元建立了考虑充磁偏转角、永磁体宽度和高度的多参数耦合模型,采用单变量参数扫描与遗传算法结合的优化策略,得到了优化结构,其空载基波气隙磁密达到 0. 79 T,较传统 2 段式和双边对称梯形 Halbach 阵列分别提升 3. 1%和 13. 2%,推力波动系数控制在 0. 071%。 结果表明,新型 3 段式 Halbach 阵列通过磁场分布优化与参数协同调控,有效平衡了推力密度与波动抑制。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problem of synergistic optimization between thrust density and thrust ripple in coreless permanent magnet linear motor,this paper proposes a novel magnet pole structure with three-segment Halbach array. Based on finite element method,a multi-parameter coupled model was established considering the magnetization deflection angle, permanent magnet width, and height. Through an optimization strategy combining single-variable parameter scanning and genetic algorithm,the optimized structure was achieved,which no-load fundamental air-gap magnetic flux density was 0. 79 T. Compared with conventional two-segment and bilateral symmetric trapezoidal arrays, the improvements are 3. 1% and 13. 2%,respectively. Moreover,the thrust ripple is below 0. 071%. The results show the novel three-segment Halbach array effectively balances thrust density and thrust ripple suppression through optimized magnetic field distribution and coordinated parameter regulation.
