摘要: 针对内置式混合磁钢高速永磁伺服电机在高速下的强度问题,采用有限元方法,对该电机转子强度进行了相关分析。 重点考虑了转子铁心在离心力和扭矩共同作用下的受力状态。 根据分析结果,确定转子冲片上相关薄弱点的最小理论尺寸,同时分析了不同载荷与最大应力之间的关系。 该分析结果对评估转子工作的安全性具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: In order to solve the strength problem of the interior hybrid magnet high-speed permanent magnet servo motor at high speeds, finite element method was used to analyze the rotor strength of the motor. Emphasis was placed on the stress state of rotor core under the combined action of centrifugal force and torque. Based on the analysis results, the minimum theoretical size of the weak points on the rotor punch could be determined, and the relationship between different loads and maximum stress was analyzed. The analysis results have certain guiding significance for evaluating the safety of rotor operation.
