永磁同步电机在航天指向机构产品中的应用

摘要: 针对基于步进电机加减速器驱动的传统指向机构产品伺服性能偏低的问题,将新一代指向机构产品中的执行单元升级为永磁同步直驱方式,在位置、速度指令接口的基础上,增加跟踪偏差指令接口以实现大系统闭环控制架构,并设计了合理的跟踪偏差校正算法。 经系统级实验验证, 永磁同步电机直驱类指向机构产品可以满足激光通信、高分辨率遥感相机等载荷对运动平台的伺服性能需求。

Abstract: In response to the problem of low servo performance in traditional pointing mechanism products driven by stepper motors and reducers, the execution unit in the new generation of pointing mechanism products is upgraded to permanent magnet synchronous direct drive mode. On the basis of position and speed command interfaces, a tracking deviation command interface is added to achieve a closed-loop control architecture for the large system, and a suitable
tracking deviation correction algorithm is designed. Through system level experimental verification, pointing mechanism products with permanent magnet synchronous direct drive mode can meet the servo performance requirements of payloads such as laser communication and high-resolution remote sensing cameras for motion platforms.
