永磁同步电机温度场分析与优化研究

摘要: 以一台 5. 5 kW 电动车用内置风扇式永磁同步电机为研究对象,建立了电机的三维计算模型并对其进行合理的网格划分,运用有限元分析法,对电机在额定状态时的温度场进行仿真分析。 通过改变电机后端盖的结构,优化了电机的冷却风路。 通过优化前后的电机温度幅值的对比,验证了优化方案的合理性,为永磁同步电机平衡温度分布,降低温升高点提供了设计依据。

Abstract: Taking a 5. 5 kW electric vehicle with built-in fan permanent magnet synchronous motor as the research object , the motor’ s three-dimensional calculational model was established and the reasonable grid division was carried out, the finite element analysis method was used to simulate and analyze the temperature field of the motor at rated state. By changing the structure of the rear end cover of the motor, the motor ’ s windy way was improved. By comparing the
temperature amplitude of the motor before and after, the moderation of the improved scheme was verified, which provides the designed basis for balancing the temperature distribution of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and reducing the high point of the temperature rise.
