串联式齿轮传动大量程角位移传感器设计

摘要: 旋转差动变压器式角位移传感器在机载领域具有广泛的应用,采用齿轮传动的方式可实现其量程的扩展。 分析了传统并联式齿轮传动结构存在的不足,设计了串联式的齿轮传动结构。 该结构相比于并联式具有结构紧凑、质量轻、成本低等优点。 采用该串联式方案研制出了某型航空发动机双余度喷口角位移传感器,进行环境试验前、后的产品性能测试及产品质量测量。 测试结果表明,传感器内部齿轮传动机构可实现角度的准确、可靠传递。 串联式齿轮传动传感器在-65° ~ 65°范围内具有优异的输出特性,与并联式齿轮传动结构的传感器相比,约减重 32%。

Abstract: Rotary differential transformer type angular position sensors are widely used in the field of airborne applications. Their range can be extended by gear transmission. The shortcomings of the traditional parallel gear transmission structure were analyzed, and the series gear transmission structure was designed. Compared to the parallel type, series structure has the advantages of compact structure, light weight and low cost. A dual redundant nozzle angular position sensor for a certain type of aircraft engine was developed using the series scheme. Its performance was tested before and after environmental testing, and the weight of the product was measured. The test results showed that the angle could be accurately and reliably transmitted by the internal gear transmission mechanism. Within the range of - 65° ~ 65° , the sensor with series gear transmission had excellent output characteristics, and the weight of the sensor was reduced by 32% compared with the parallel gear transmission structure.
