永磁被动补偿脉冲发电机放电电感计算与仿真

Discharge Inductance Calculation and Simulation of Permanent Magnet Passively Compensated Pulsed Alternator

摘要: 永磁被动补偿脉冲发电机的放电过程是一个复杂的电磁暂态过程,对永磁被动补偿脉冲发电机的数学建模存在模型过度简化、原理阐述不清以及计算求解困难等问题。 提出了一种考虑电枢绕组尺寸与补偿筒涡流磁场影响因素、基于子域法等效求解的电感计算模型,并对一台样机建立了数学模型以及有限元模型,通过有限元仿真与解析计算结果对比,证明该计算模型相比现有模型精确度更高,适用范围更广,可用于被动补偿脉冲发电机放电过程的解析计算。

Abstract: Discharge process of permanent magnet passively compensated pulsed alternator is a complex electromagnetic transient process. There are issues with the mathematical modeling of permanent magnet passively compensated pulsed alternator, such as oversimplified models, unclear principle explanations, and difficulties in calculation and solution. An inductance calculation model based on subdomain method was proposed, which considered factors such as the size of the armature winding and the influence of the eddy current magnetic field in the shielding cylinder. A mathematical model and a finite element model were established for a prototype. The comparison between finite element simulation and analytical calculation results proved that this calculation model had higher accuracy and wider applicability than existing models, and it can be used for analytical calculation of the discharge process of permanent magnet passively
compensated pulsed alternator.
