Three-Dimensional Simulation Analysis of Permanent Magnet DC Hollow Cup Motor Based on ANSYS Maxwell

摘要: 以某型永磁直流伺服空心杯电机为例,利用 ANSYS Maxwell 软件建立三维有限元分析模型,对零件赋予材料属性及设置激励源,通过改进外电路设置及网格剖分方法,得到模型在稳态的磁场分布及瞬态的输出特性结果。 对比 3 款电机的有限元与实测结果,结果表明,模拟数值与实测数值偏差均在 5%以内,验证该有限元分析方法具有较高的准确性,为该类型电机的正向设计及优化提供理论依据。

Abstract: A certain type of permanent magnet DC servo hollow cup motor was taken as an example, and ANSYS Maxwell was used to build a three-dimensional finite element analysis model. Material properties were assigned to the parts and excitation sources were set, and the magnetic field distribution in the steady state and the output characteristics in the transient state of the model were obtained by improving the external circuit settings and the mesh dissecting method. The
comparison of simulation and measured results of three motors was conducted. The results showed that the error between simulation and measured values was within 5%, which verified that the finite element analysis method had high accuracy and provided a theoretical basis for the forward design and optimization of this type of motor.
