摘要: 针对一款空间站用舱内风机,从抑制传导干扰和辐射干扰等方面开展电磁兼容正向设计,在滤波电路设计和元器件选用、线缆防护、结构屏蔽等方面进行了详细论述,并利用鉴定件产品进行了实验验证。 结果表明,该电磁兼容设计有效抑制了产品的电磁干扰,满足空间站建造规范电磁兼容的试验要求。

Abstract: The electromagnetic compatibility forward design of a fan used in a space station was carried out from the aspects of suppressing conducted interference and radiation interference. The filter circuit design, component selection, cable protection and structural shielding were discussed in detail, and experimental verification was carried out by using identification products. The results show that the EMC design can effectively suppress the electromagnetic interference of the product and meet the requirements of the space station construction code.
