永磁辅助同步磁阻电机转矩脉动抑制研究

Research on Torque Ripple Suppression of Permanent Magnet Assisted Synchronous Reluctance Motor for New Energy Vehicles

摘要: 新能源车用永磁辅助同步磁阻电机转矩脉动包含齿槽转矩、永磁转矩脉动及磁阻转矩脉动,各转矩脉动分量对电机转矩脉动均具有重要影响。 分析了永磁辅助同步磁阻电机齿槽转矩、永磁转矩脉动及磁阻转矩脉动产生机理,以一台 48 槽 8 极新能源车用永磁辅助同步磁阻电机为研究对象,从转子结构入手优化电机转矩脉动;提出了优化永磁体张角、 优化永磁体槽端部及开辅助槽来有效降低了转矩脉动。 通过样机测试, 验证了优化设计效果。

Abstract: The torque ripple of permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance motor ( PMSynRM) for new energy vehicles includes cogging torque, permanent magnet torque ripple and reluctance torque ripple. Each torque ripple component had a significant impact on the motor torque ripple. The principles of cogging torque, permanent magnet torque ripple and reluctance torque ripple of PMSynRM were summarized. Taking a 48 - slot 8 - pole PMSynRM as the research object, the torque ripple was optimized from the rotor structure. The optimization of permanent magnet angle, optimization of permanent magnet slot end, and opening of auxiliary slots were proposed to effectively reduce torque ripple. The effectiveness of optimization was verified through prototype testing.
