摘要: 非线性磁链方法以良好的低速性能和优异的起动带载能力,全程无需算法切换,在表贴式永磁电机无感控制上得到了广泛应用。 为了解决非线性磁链观测器在内置式永磁同步电机( IPMSM) 的无感控制应用问题,根据非线性磁链观测原理和 IPMSM 状态方程,基于有效磁链的概念,设计了一种也适用内置式永磁同步电机的非线性磁链算法。 仿真及实验结果表明,提出的内置式永磁电机非线性磁链方法参数调试简单,电机动态响应快,估算转速波动和角度跟踪误差小,参数变化的鲁棒性强,具有较高的工程实用价值。

Abstract: The nonlinear flux observer method is widely used in surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor ( SPMSM) due to its excellent low-speed performance and starting load capacity, without the need for algorithm switching throughout the entire process. In order to solve the application of nonlinear flux observer in interior permanent magnet synchronous motor ( IPMSM) , based on the principle of nonlinear flux observer and IPMSM state equation, a nonlinear flux observer algorithm applicable to interior permanent magnet synchronous motor was designed using the concept of active flux. The simulation and experimental results show that the nonlinear flux observer for salient permanent magnet synchronous motor has simple parameter tuning, fast dynamic response, low speed fluctuation and angle tracking error, strong robustness about motor parameter, and high engineering practical value.
