摘要: 提出了一种大量程的三极 RVDT,具有尺寸小、结构简单、量程大等优点。 给出了该 RVDT 的工作原理、结构,推导了输出特性方程式。 用 ANSYS Maxwell 软件进行了仿真设计。 研究了槽口与气隙尺寸对梯度与线性度的影响。 通过仿真分析了进一步增大量程的可行性。

Abstract: A 3- pole RVDT was proposed with the advantages of small size, simple structure, and large measuring range. The structure, working principle and the output characteristic equations of the RVDT were given. The simulation design was performed using ANSYS Maxwell. Through simulation analysis, the effect of air gap and the stator slot size on RVDT output gradient and linearity was studied. Through simulation, the feasibility of further increasing the measuring range of the RVDT was analyzed.
