摘要: 以某型号交流伺服电机分瓣定子铁心为例,针对分辦式定子铁心的拼接过程进行了研究,分析了分瓣式定子铁心拼接难点。进行了针对性的工装设计,通过样件的拼接、焊接以及精度检测验证,该工装的精度满足该型号分瓣式定子铁心的拼接要求,定子铁心拼接焊接后,外观质量、电气性能、精度要求均满足设计图纸要求,达到了预期效果。

Abstract: Taking a certain type of AC servo motor split stator core as an example,the splicing process of split stator core was mainly studied, and the difficulties of split stator core splicing were analyzed.In view of the above difficulties, a targeted tooling design was carried out, and through the splicing, welding and accuracy testing of the sample,it could be seen that the accuracy of the tooling met the splicing requirements of the split stator core of the model. After the stator core was spliced and welded, the appearance quality, electrical performance and precision requirements all met the requirements of the design drawings and achieve the expected results.
