A Common Mode Voltage Suppression Method for Dual Three-Phase Motors Based on Optimal Combination of Voltage Vectors

摘要: 电压型PWM逆变器中的共模电压(CMV)对电机驱动系统产生不利影响。针对双三相永磁同步电机驱动系统在抑制共模电压时需要提高线性调制范围的问题,提出了一种基于中间矢量的增强型空间矢量脉宽调制方法,采用特殊的基本矢量来合成中间矢量。与现有方法相比,该方法在保证CMV抑制效果的前提下,可以获得更高的线性调制范围。仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: Common mode voltage (CMV) in voltage source PWM inverter has adverse effects on motor drive system. Aiming at the problem that the dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system needed to improve the linear modulation range when suppressing the common mode voltage, an enhanced space vector pulse width modulation method based on the intermediate vector was proposed,which used special basic vectors to synthesize the intermediate vector. Compared with the existing methods, the method could obtain a higher linear modulation range while ensuring the CMV suppression effect. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of this method.
