半球型动压气体轴承关键尺寸影响分析

摘要: 在雷诺方程和惠普尔平行槽对称压力分布理论的基础上,建立半球型动压轴承的分析模型。以某型号高精度三浮陀螺用半球型动压轴承结构参数特征为例,通过改变半球轴承结构参数,分析了输出指标的变化规律。结果显示,轴承半径与输出指标呈线性变化规律,轴承螺旋槽结构参数与轴承的力学性能呈非线性关系,轴承间隙对轴承的刚度特性呈幂指数关系。计算结果与测试结果进行了对比,其误差在20%以内。

Abstract: Based on the Reynolds equation and the symmetric pressure distribution theory of Whipple parallel groove,the analytical model ofhemispherical hydrodynamic bearings was established. The structural parameter characteristics of ahemispherical dynamic pressure bearing used in a high-precision three-float gyro were taken as an example,the changes of output parameters were analyzed by adjusting the structural parameters of the hemispherical bearing. The results show that spiral groove have a nonlinear relationship with the mechanical properties of bearing, and the clearance has a power exponential image on the bearing stiffness.The calculated results were compared with the experiment ones, the error was within 20%.
