摘要: 为提高多变电站巡检的工作效率,在考虑障碍物存在的情况下,提出一种基于改进生物激励神经网络的巡检方法。该方法通过改进生物激励神经网络的激励输入和路径决策,避免了算法在进行路径决策时因依赖神经元活性值分布导致的路径错判问题和转向次数多的问题。仿真结果表明,相较于改进前的算法,改进后的生物激励神经网络算法在多变电站路径规划上具有明显优势,路径长度缩短了50.22 m,转动角度减小了11.65°,转向次数减少了5次,分别为10.11 m、40.23°、15次;相较于常规路径规划算法PRM算法和Dijkstra算法,该方法在路径长度、转动角度和转向次数各项指标上仍具有明显的优势。该方法可实现多变电站的多点协同巡检和区域覆盖巡检,提高多变电站巡检工作效率。

Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of patrol inspection of variable power station, a patrol inspection method based on improved biologically inspired neural network was proposed considering the existence of obstacles. By improving the excitation input and path decision of the biologically inspired neural network, the method avoided the path misjudgment problem and the problem of many turning times caused by the algorithm's dependence on the distribution of neuron active values when making path decisions. When it was applied to the routing path planning of multiple substations, multi-point cooperative routing and area coverage routing of variable power stations could be realized.The simulation results show that, compared with the biologically inspired neural network(BINN) algorithm, the improved BINN algorithm has obvious advantages in the path planning of the variable power station, the path length was reduced by 50.22 m, the rotation angle was reduced by 11.65°, and the number of turns was reduced by 5 times, 10.11 m, 40.23°, and 15 times respectively. Compared with the conventional path planning algorithm PRM algorithm and Dijkstra algorithm, the improved BINN algorithm still has obvious advantages in various indicators such as path length, rotation angle and number of turns, which can improve the work efficiency of patrol inspection of variable power plants.
