燃气热水器直流风机 MOS 管控制电路改进的实验研究

摘要: 直流风机 MOS 管控制电路的可靠性一直是燃气热水器控制器及燃气热水器整机制造商重点关注的问题之一。 针对燃气热水器内直流风机 MOS 管控制电路适应性差导致 MOS 管温升变高和风机运行效率降低的问题,在原直流风机 MOS 管控制电路基础上,增加了可自动调节控制参数的调节电路;同时在风机控制软件上增加了两种MOS 管运行模式切换处理的方法来降低 MOS 管的温升和保证风机运行效率的稳定性。 基于上述方案搭建了新的直流风机 MOS 管控制软硬件电路,并在燃气热水器控制器上进行了实验研究论证。 实验结果表明,应用该调节电路和新的软件控制方式可以降低 MOS 管的温升和提高风机运行效率的稳定性,大幅度提高了燃气热水器直流风机MOS 管控制电路的可靠性和实用性。

Abstract: The reliability of the MOS tube control circuit for direct current fans has always been a key concern for gas water heater controllers and manufacturers of gas water heaters. In response to the problem of high MOS tube temperature rise and reduced fan operating efficiency caused by poor adaptability of the current MOS tube control circuit of the direct current fan in gas water heaters, an adjustment circuit that could automatically adjust control parameters had been added to the original MOS tube control circuit of the direct current fan. Two MOS tube operating mode switching methods had been added to the fan control software to reduce MOS tube temperature rise and ensure the stability of fan operating efficiency. Based on the above scheme, a new DC fan MOS tube control software and hardware circuit was constructed, and experimental research and demonstration were conducted on the gas water heater controller. The experimental results show that the application of the regulating circuit and the new software control method can reduce the temperature rise of MOS tubes and improve the stability of fan operation efficiency, greatly improving the reliability and practicality of the MOS tube control circuit for the direct current fan of gas water heaters.
