近极槽配合下直驱电机性能分析

Performance Analysis of Direct-Drive Motor with Near Slot-Pole Combination

摘要: 极槽配合的选择一直作为电机设计的首要问题备受关注。 选择 4 种极槽配合,结合直驱电机的绕组系数和齿槽转矩进行分析,主要将齿槽转矩、空载反电动势、气隙磁密与转矩脉动等参数作为衡量电机的性能指标进行对比分析,得出极槽配合为 27 / 28 的直驱电机具有较低的齿槽转矩和转矩脉动、气隙磁密与空载反电动势的谐波含量较小,综合性能较好。 为直驱电机在数控机床上的选择及优化提供了一个重要的参考依据。

Abstract: The selection of slot-pole combination has always been the primary issue in motor design and has received much attention. Four kinds of slot-pole combinations were selected, and the winding coefficient and cogging torque of the direct-drive motor were combined for analysis. The cogging torque, no-load back electro-motive forces, air-gap flux density and torque ripple were mainly used as the parameters to measure the motor for analysis and comparison. It is concluded that the direct-drive motor with 27 / 28 slot-pole combination has lower cogging torque and torque ripple, and the air-gap fluxdensity and no-load back EMF have smaller harmonic content, and better comprehensive performance. The method provides
an important reference for the selection and optimization of direct-drive motors on CNC machine tools.
