基于功能安全的双冗余旋转变压器软件解码研究

摘要: 基于功能安全的需求分解,通过英飞凌AURIX MCU将Δ-Σ ADC和SAR ADC同时用于旋转变压器的软件解码中,互为冗余。对Δ-Σ ADC和SAR ADC外设模块分别进行了详细配置,实现了包络面的解析,设计了观测器对获取的包络面进行锁相解码,并对两种解码方式分别设计了矫正环节。通过台架实验验证了该方案的可行性。

Abstract: By Infineon AURIX MCU, delta-sigma ADC and SAR ADC were simultaneously used in resolver decoding which were mutually redundant. Delta-sigma ADC and SAR ADC peripheral module were configured in detail to achieve envelope surface analysis. An observer was designed to decode the obtained envelope, and a delay compensation link was designed for the two decoding methods. The feasibility of the scheme was verified by bench test.
