航空航天用无接触式锁定电机的数学模型和实验研究

摘要: 针对星上光学设备上的驱动单元的休眠锁定需求,经过方案对比,提出了一种无接触式锁定电机结构,具有轻量化、分辨率高等突出特点。进行了模型分析和有限元仿真计算,研制了样机并进行了实验测试,实验结果证明该锁定方案具有较好的工程实用价值。

Abstract: In view of the locking requirements of the optical devices on the satellite, after comparison of various schemes, a contactless locking motor structure wasproposed, which has the characteristics of lightweight and high resolution. The finite element simulation software was combined with theory for modeling and magnetic field calculations. The prototype was developed and the experimental test was carried out. The experimental results show that the proposed locking scheme has certain engineering practical value.
