摘要: 根据两相混合式步进电动机恒流细分控制数学模型,搭建了基于MATLAB/Simulink的驱动仿真模型,仿真分析了不同细分数下电机转速和电磁转矩。结果表明,细分数越大,电机转速和电磁转矩幅值波动越小,电机运行越平稳。搭建了步进电机测试平台,测试结果与仿真一致。

Abstract: According to the mathematical model of two-phase hybrid stepper motor current subdivision control,the drive control simulation based on MATLAB/Simulink was constructed, the speed and the electromagnetic torque under different subdivisions were simulated. The results show that the larger number of subdivisions,the smaller the amplitude fluctuation of the speed and electromagnetic torque, and the smoother the motor operation. A stepper motor test platform was built, and the test results were consistent with the simulation.
