航天用感应同步器组件胶膜的研制

摘要: 采用双酚A型环氧树脂(E-54)、聚醚胺改性环氧树脂(D37)、聚氨酯预聚体、双氰胺、改性咪唑,研制了一种航天感应同步器组件专用的板-板粘接胶膜。该胶膜采用中温125 ℃/2 h固化方式,配合真空压合机压合制作感应同步器组件,并成功用于相关航天器型号中,在轨运行效果良好。

Abstract: By using biphenol A epoxy resin (E-54), polyether gum modified epoxy (D37), polyurethane prepolymer, dicyandiamide and modified imidazole, a special film for space induction synchronizer was developed. The film adopted medium temperature 125 ℃/2 h curing mode, and was pressed together with vacuum press to produce induction synchronizer components,which was successfully applied in relevant spacecraft models, with good effect in orbit operation.
