伺服电机间歇异常噪声问题研究

Research on Intermittent Abnormal Noise of Servo Motor

摘要: 针对某型号伺服电机在运转时出现的间歇异常噪声问题,测试分析了该电机噪声的频域与时频域特性,并结合电机对拖噪声测试、电流及光电编码器信号的采集分析,确定该异常噪声问题产生的机理,电机转轴每旋转一周,光电编码器输出间隔固定的两次异常脉冲信号,通过伺服驱动器产生异常电流,进而产生间歇的异常电磁噪声,由电机壳体向外辐射。通过更换光电编码器解决了该异常噪声问题。

Abstract: Aiming at the intermittent abnormal noise problem of a certain type of servo motor during operation, the frequency-domain and time-frequency-domain characteristics of the motor noise were tested and analyzed. Combined with the motor towing noise test, current and photoelectric encoder signal acquisition and analysis, the mechanism of the abnormal noise problem was determined.The photoelectric encoder outputed two abnormal pulse signals with fixed interval every cycle of the motor shaft rotation.The abnormal current was generated through the servo driver, thereby generating intermittent abnormal electromagnetic noise and radiating from the motor shell. The abnormal noise problem was solved by replacing the photoelectric encoder.
