基于改进型滑模观测器的永磁同步电机无传感器控制策略

Sensorless Control Strategy of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Based on Improved Sliding Mode Observer

摘要: 为了抑制基于传统滑模观测器的永磁同步电机无位置传感器控制方法存在的抖振现象,通过对开关函数、低通滤波器、转速提取环节进行改进,对反电动势进行二次卡尔曼滤波,实现对传统滑模观测器的优化。对脉冲电压法进行了优化,可以有效减小永磁同步电机转子初始角度估测误差。实验结果表明,基于改进型滑模观测器的永磁同步电机无传感器控制策略可以有效抑制抖振现象,实现永磁同步电机的全速段高性能控制。

Abstract: In order to suppress the chattering phenomenon in the speed sensorless control method of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on traditional sliding mode observer, the traditional sliding mode observer was optimized by improving the switching function, low-pass filter and speed extraction, and quadratic Kalman filter for back EMF. The pulse voltage method was optimized, and a method which effectively reduced the estimation error of rotor initial angle of permanent magnet synchronous motor was proposed. The experimental results show that the sensorless control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on improved sliding mode observer can effectively suppress the chattering phenomenon and realize the high-performance control of permanent magnet synchronous motor at full speed.
