摘要: 为了对工装轴承进行更好的冷却,提出对单轴承电动机假轴工装冷却系统进行改善。通过工装冷却系统设计、工装制作与装配、长时温升试验,来验证冷却系统新设计方案的可行性,对后续单轴承电动机假轴工装冷却系统的设计有一定的现实指导意义。

Abstract: In order to better cool the fixture bearing,the improvement of single-bearing the motor pseudo-shaft fixture cooling system was proposed.The feasibility of the new cooling system design scheme was verified through the design of the tooling cooling system, the production and assembly of the tooling,and the test of the temperature rise of the motor.It has a certain practical guiding significance for the subsequent design of the single-bearing motor pseudo-shaft tooling cooling system.
