摘要: 为实现表贴式永磁同步电机(PMSM)中高速段无位置传感器控制,利用线性扩张状态观测器(LESO)估计电机反电动势,结合锁相环(PLL)估计电机转速和转子位置。基于频域法推导LESO和PLL的传递函数,获得LESO参数整定方法以及相位滞后补偿角计算公式。该控制策略设计过程具有理论价值和工程实际意义。通过仿真和实验验证该控制策可以准确估计电机转速和位置,实现无传感器速度控制。

Abstract: In order to realize the sensorless control of the high-speed section of the PMSM, the linear extended state observer was used to estimate the motor back emf, and the phase-locked loop was combined to estimate the motor speed and rotor position. Based on the frequency domain method, the transfer functions of LESO and PLL were derived, and the parameter setting method of LESO and the calculation formula of phase lag compensation angle were obtained. The design process of the control strategy had theoretical value and engineering practical significance. Simulation and experiments show that the control strategy can accurately estimate the motor speed and position and realize sensorless speed control.
