48 V微混电机电磁噪声研究与分析

摘要: 分析了48 V微混系统起动发电一体机(IBSG)的电磁噪声情况,对影响电机电磁噪声的电磁力波和固有频率两个重要因素进行了深入研究分析。根据电磁噪声产生机理,给出了降低电磁噪声的改进措施,并对比分析了改进前后的电磁噪声变化情况。分析结果表明,给出的改进措施能够较好地抑制电机电磁噪声,对48 V微混动力系统NVH性能开发有一定借鉴作用。

Abstract: The electromagnetic noise of integrated belt-driven starter/generator of 48 V micro hybrid system was analyzed. The electromagnetic noise was mainly affected by electromagnetic force wave and natural frequency. According to the generation mechanism of electromagnetic noise, the improvement measures to reduce the electromagnetic noise were given.The electromagnetic noise level before and after improvement were compared.The analysis results showed that the improved measures could suppress the motor noise well, and could be used as a reference for the NVH performance development of 48 V micro hybrid power system.
