Analysis of the Influence of Rotor Structure on Axial Flux Switched Reluctance Motor

摘要: 轴向磁通开关磁阻电机具有传统开关磁阻电机和轴向磁通电机的优点,能够适用于许多场合。考虑到工程样机装配过程中转子磁极的固定问题,在转子中引入凸台结构。研究了理想状态下轴向磁通开关磁阻电机定、转子极弧系数和转子厚度对电机性能的影响;在保证定、转子极弧系数和转子厚度不变的前提下,对引入的凸台结构进行分析,选取了最佳的凸台厚度和凸台宽度;利用有限元软件仿真对比了无凸台转子结构和有凸台转子结构的轴向磁通开关磁阻电机。研究结果表明:有凸台转子结构能够有效提高电机输出转矩,增强了转子结构的可靠性。

Abstract: Axial flux switched reluctance motors have the advantages of traditional switched reluctance motors and axial flux motors, and can be applied to many occasions. Taking into account the problem of fixing the rotor magnetic poles during the assembly process of the engineering prototype, a boss structure was introduced into the rotor. The influence of the stator and rotor pole arc coefficients and rotor thickness on the motor performance of the axial flux switched reluctance motor under ideal conditions was studied.Under the premise of keeping the stator and rotor pole arc coefficients and rotor thickness unchanged, the introduced boss structure were analyzed, and the best boss thickness and boss width were selected. The finite element analysis(FEA) was used to compare the axial flux switched reluctance motor with a bossless rotor structure and a boss rotor structure. The research results show that the rotor structure with bosses can effectively improve the output torque of the motor and enhance the reliability of the rotor structure.
