摘要: 磁性传动齿轮能够实现转矩的非接触式传递,它具有无摩擦、免维护以及自动过载保护等优势,是一种可靠性较高的传动装置。回顾磁性传动齿轮的发展过程,综述了近几年来国内外学者对磁性传动齿轮的研究成果,梳理了磁性传动齿轮几种较为典型的拓扑结构及其优缺点,讨论了磁性传动齿轮潜在的工程应用场景,对磁性传动齿轮的下一步研究方向和发展趋势进行了展望。该研究有助于认识磁性传动齿轮的工作原理及发展概况,旨在为磁性传动齿轮的后续研究提供参考。

Abstract: The magnetic transmission gear can realize the non-contact transmission of torque. It has the advantages of frictionless, maintenance-free and automatic overload protection. It is a highly reliable transmission device.The development process of magnetic transmission gears were reviewed, the research results of magnetic transmission gears by domestic and foreign scholars in recent years were summarized, several typical topological structures of magnetic transmission gears and their advantages and disadvantageswere combed, the potential engineering application of magnetic transmission gears were discussed. And the prospects for the next research direction and development trend of magnetic transmission gears were given. This research is helpful to understand the operating principle and development situation of magnetic transmission gears, and aims to provide reference for the follow-up research of magnetic transmission gears.
