航空燃油泵无刷直流电机无位置控制系统设计与实现

Design and Implementation Sensorless of Brushless DC Motor Control System for Aviation Fuel Pump

摘要: 针对航空燃油泵的特殊工况场合,研制了一款紧凑型的燃油泵用无刷直流电机控制系统。该系统采用无位置传感器控制技术,基于无位置控制芯片JY02、三相全桥驱动芯片JY231L和双桥臂封装功率MOSFET芯片JY2605M进行高集成度样机开发,并通过全速域滤波调节技术进行转速容差和运行效率性能改善。样机系统通过实验测试,相较对比产品性能,负载效率提升超过10%,转速容差硬度提升超过6%,较好达到了预期性能指标,验证了所研制小体积、高效率、转速容差小的航空燃油泵伺服电机控制系统的有效性。

Abstract: A compact position sensorless brushless DC motor (BLDCM) control system was developed to meet the requirements of the aviation fuel pump servo motor. The control system adopted the special chip for BLDCM without Hall sensors (JY02), the three-phase full-bridge integrated drive circuit IC (JY231L) and the double-bridge packaged dual N channel enhancement mode power MOSFET (JY2605M). And the back electromotive force filtering adjustment method was used to improve performances of speed tolerance and efficiency in full-speed domain. Through the experimental tests, the load efficiency and the speed tolerance of the designed BLDCM system were more than 10% and 6% comparing with the performance of the benchmarked products. The expected performances of the design were achieved, and the effectiveness of the developed small size, high-efficiency, low speed tolerance aviation fuel pump servo motor control system wasverified.
