摘要: 传统虚拟方波信号注入法(VSIM)转矩模型中的电感参数是固定的,与具有参数非线性变化特性的同步磁阻电机模型有较大误差,在同步磁阻电机上,VSIM无法实现精准的最大转矩电流比(MTPA)控制。为解决该问题,提出扫描搜索VSIM转矩模型中的电感参数,间接实现对电流相位角的极值搜索。提出双向增量电感探测机制,能够灵活调整电感值搜索的步长和方向,提高检索效率。该算法结合了搜索法能够考虑参数非线性变化特性和传统VSIM计算简便、响应快速的优点。

Abstract: Inductance parameters in the torque model of the traditional virtual signal injection method (VSIM) are constant, and have errors compared to the real synchronous reluctance motor (SynRM) model with nonlinear variation of parameters.The VSIM cannot achieve accurate maximum torque per Ampere (MTPA) control. To solve the problem, an inductance scanning method based on the virtual bipolar square wave signal injection method was proposed.The extreme seek of the current vector phase angle by optimizing the inductance parameters in the torque model of the VSIM was indirectly achieved.The bidirectional incremental inductance detection mechanism was proposed by adjusting the step size and the direction of the search flexibly to improve the retrieval efficiency. The algorithm combined the advantages of the search method which takes the parameter nonlinear variation into account, and that of the traditional VSIM which is easy to calculate and responds quickly.
