Robust Phase Current Reconstruction Method for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Single Current Sensor

摘要: 针对单电流传感器控制方法依赖电机参数的问题,提出了一种鲁棒性的永磁同步电机单电流传感器相电流重构方法。根据电机数学模型建立电机电流扩张状态观测器,推导出扩张状态量之间的关系,可以在电机参数失配的情况下实现三相电流重构。仿真结果表明,参数失配时,重构电流与实际电流之间的误差较小,将重构电流作为反馈电流进行永磁同步电机电流预测控制,对电机转速、转矩、电流有较好的控制效果。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the existing single current sensor control dependents on motor parameters, a robust phase current reconstruction method for permanent magnet synchronous motor drives was proposed. According to the mathematical model of the motor, the current extended state observer was established, and the relationship between the extended state quantities was derived. The three-phase current could be reconstruction under parameter mismatch. The simulation results showed that when the parameters were mismatched, the error between the reconstructed current and the actual current was very small. The reconstructed current was used as the feedback current for permanent magnet synchronous motor deadbeat current predictive control, and the control effect of speed, torque, current was good.
