风冷低噪大功率永磁同步电机设计与仿真

Design and Simulation of Air-Cooled Low-Noise High-Power Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

摘要: 针对某型航空机载液压系统动力泵驱动用大功率永磁同步电机长时工作、低噪声要求,以及系统不提供冷却途径的限制,提出一种风冷设计方案。通过电磁仿真设计、热仿真设计以及结构布局,验证了该方案的可行性。对噪声结构设计进行了重点仿真分析及优化改进仿真分析,理论上满足噪声指标的要求。经过样机测试,性能、噪声等设计指标都达到预期效果,满足指标要求。

Abstract: An air-cooling design scheme was proposed to meet the requirements of long working time, low noise and no cooling way for the high-power permanent magnet synchronous motor driving the power pump of an airborne hydraulic system. Through electromagnetic simulation design, thermal simulation design and structure layout, the feasibility of the scheme was verified.Focusing on the noise structure design simulation analysis and optimization and improvement of simulation analysis,The design theoretically met the requirements of noise index. After the prototype test, the performance, noise and other design indicators have achieved the expected effect, meet the requirements of the indicators.
