摘要: 永磁体的不可逆退磁问题严重影响永磁辅助同步磁阻电机运行的稳定性,在电机设计阶段通过准确的仿真手段评估永磁体的不可逆退磁是很有必要的。介绍了基于参数修正的退磁仿真方法和基于瞬态场的退磁仿真方法的计算原理,并进行了永磁体不可逆退磁情况的仿真。两种退磁仿真方法的计算结果表明,基于参数修正的退磁仿真方法更能反映永磁体的整体退磁情况,而基于瞬态场的退磁仿真方法更能反映永磁体的局部退磁情况。

Abstract: The irreversible demagnetization of permanent magnets seriously affects the operation stability of permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance motors. It is necessary to evaluate the irreversible demagnetization of permanent magnets through accurate simulation in the design stage. The calculation principles of demagnetization simulation method based on parameter modification and transient field were introduced, and the irreversible demagnetization of permanent magnets was simulated. The results show that the demagnetization simulation method based on parameter modification can better reflect the overall demagnetization of permanent magnets, and the demagnetization simulation method based on transient field can better reflect the local demagnetization of permanent magnets.
