摘要: 1J50软磁合金在有些场合需要同时满足磁性能和尺寸公差的要求。根据传统工艺方法,测量了1J50软磁合金样环高温退火后的尺寸变化。对退火后的样环进行车削加工,并测量了其磁性能下降量。对样环进行二次退火,测量了磁性能回复量和尺寸变化,得出了1J50软磁合金零件加工工艺过程优化方案。

Abstract: 1J50 soft magnetic alloy needs to meet the requirements of magnetic performance and dimensional tolerance in some applications. According to the traditional process method, the size change of the 1J50 soft magnetic alloy sample ring after high temperature annealing was measured. The annealed sample ring was turned, and the decrease in magnetic properties was measured. The sample ring was annealed twice, the magnetic properties recovery and the size change were measured, and the process optimization scheme of 1J50 soft magnetic alloy parts was obtained.
